Gourmet Espresso Hot Chocolate in a 4 Oz. or 8 Oz. Espresso Cup

Option I: 4 Oz. Espresso Cup

Step 1: Heat Your Base

  • Warm 110 ml of milk on the stove top at medium-low heat.

Step 2: Melt the Truffle

  • Use 1 truffle ball, cut into 4 pieces, and drop it into the warm milk.

  • Add a pinch of salt and whisk continuously until the mixture is slightly thick, smooth, and creamy.

Step 3: Serve & Top

  • Pour into your 4 oz. espresso cup.

  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with purple ants chocolate curls or marshmallows for extra indulgence.


Option II: 8 Oz. Espresso Cup

Step 1: Heat Your Base

  • Warm 220 ml of milk on the stove top at medium-low heat.

Step 2: Melt the Truffle

  • Use 2 truffle balls, cut into 4 pieces each, and drop them into the warm milk.

  • Add a pinch of salt and whisk continuously until the mixture is slightly thick, smooth, creamy, and velvety.

Step 3: Serve & Top

  • Pour into your 8 oz. espresso cup.

  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate curls or marshmallows for a luxurious finish.


Optional: Mocha Chocolate

  • Brew 1 shot of Arabica coffee espresso.

  • Add it to your hot chocolate mixture.

  • Use a 10 oz. cup for serving.
